Caliper is a Goberian (Siberian husky and golden retriever). His mother was rescued from the Mackenzie River fires in 2020, Luna. Caliper came into our lead technicians’ life in December of 2021 at 8 weeks old. Caliper has been brought to work daily and quickly grew to become a part of our Canterbury Animal family. 

Caliper is a trained medical alert dog but has proven to be naturally smart when predicting employee’s anxiety/stress/headaches. Caliper also has a Canine Good Citizenship Certification and is the only holder of the Employee of the Month. 

When Caliper is not slaving away at work he can be found enjoying pig ears, watching Chicago Fire or playing with his friends. Caliper can be found frolicking in the Oregon Mountains with his mom and dad also aunts and uncles. Caliper and Jessie participate in facility dogs/animal-assisted therapy at the local Veterans and rehabilitation hospitals.
